Depart from Santa Monica or Hawthorne Airport and fly southbound over Marina Del Ray and the top of Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) at 1500 ft with views of the jets taking off and landing.

Then descend to the shoreline at Manhattan beach and fly below 150 ft at speeds up to 100mph. Follow the shoreline along the waves back northbound through LAX.  Climb along the shoreline up to 500 ft, heading north through Venice Beach, seeing the canals and Muscle Beach.

Travel by the famous Santa Monica Pier before cruising up to Pacific Palisades, past the historic old Getty Museum. You will continue up north along the beautiful Malibu coast up to Malibu Pier, where you will loop back around and turn inland over the foothills of Santa Monica and Brentwood seeing many famous star homes.
